About GreenCareers

MonsterTRAK, in partnership with ecoAmerica, and sponsored by Environmental Defense, has developed GreenCareers, the first environmentally responsible recruitment website for college students and recent graduates. The website, a channel on MonsterTRAK, was built to assist college students and recent grads secure jobs with companies that positively impact the environment.

The goal is to highlight the growing opportunities for 21st century careers which are not only great careers but also good for the planet. GreenCareers by MonsterTRAK serves as a place that connects both young people and employers with the emerging sustainable economy in a concrete way, making the environment more personally relevant for both parties.

GreenCareers by MonsterTRAK will include entry-level, part-time and internship opportunities at organizations of all sizes. These are both "green jobs" and jobs at "green companies." The site also features related educational content and information.

ecoAmerica is an environmental non-profit that shifts personal and civic choices with innovative consumer research and marketing. ecoAmerica partnered with Monster to develop the initial concept of Green Careers and provided strategic planning, partnership building, and marketing expertise for its development.
